Caelan and I were a drivin' down the street, on our way to the zoo, when this is what appears in front of us. Call me crazy, I thought it was weird. But everyone else was going about their merry way as pieces of this building were falling yards from where they were walking. Just an ordinary day in happy scrappy DC.
